Based out of New York, James Dokko is an award-winning film and commercial director who likes to consistently push the boundaries of what coherent visual narrative could be. His work has been screened and published at distinguished venues including the prestigious Berlinale and broadcast on ARTE France/Germany as well as being shortlisted at various film festivals around the world by directors like Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours, Steve Jobs), Peter Bradshaw (Guardian film critic), and Efe Çakarel (founder of MUBI - online cinematheque).
